I cannot believe that Evernote does not have an access history and device list, nor customer service for basic users. I don't have passwords or anything on my Evernote but I do have some important data there (especially in the DELETED section, which apparently stays there even years after I had deleted it?), now was a good time to back it up to my HDD for sure. Probably connected from when the iPhone was? Anyway, finally changed the password, hopefully, that will be enough. Today when I logged in I could, and when I checked in the device list in the app (which only shows ACTIVE devices) it was fine, but when I checked it on the web verison on my desktop it had another computer that was not my desktop's name connected to it, but it had not updated. In case it's on Evernote's, I figured I should post here and let you know! Especially since I had not realised customer support was so terrible. In 2018 we had a huge security breach which affected everyone and I have not had similar problems since, so the problem should be either on my side or on Evernote's side. No list of recent access, no device list, no means of contacting them to ask questions, and no option to contact them regarding security issues or questions. I was shocked at how poor customer service for Evernote has gotten, they do not have anything for basic users. I have not had an iPhone in 2 years! I tried locating customer service or anything, maybe a list of devices and points of access to my account, nada. Yesterday, it logged me out of my phone for having too many devices, and when I checked the device list it had an iPhone which had been logged in 1 day ago. I let my evernote switch to Basic a while back and had not really needed to upgrade it again.
